    I have bought many things from the Montgomeryville raymour and flanigan and I've been happy in the past. 2 years ago I bought a reclining loveseat and in September of this year it broke. I contacted the extended warranty and they came out October 4th. The technician said it would take 8 weeks to get the part, which I didn't care for but I accepted it. 8 weeks came and went and nothing. But I did get notified of an additional appointment and the technician came and said he didn't know why because he didn't have the part. I was notified of two additional appointments and no one showed After the 8 weeks came and went I tried to call their service department and it's impossible to get through. I waited on hold 45 minutes, I left several voicemails with no response, I sent emails with no response. I called the local store at the one point I got an email saying they were opening a case and they will get back to me. That was 6 weeks ago and nothing. When I got through to someone she told me they never ordered the part until October 31st and it takes 12 weeks. That brings us well into 2026. So two major holidays I have no functioning reclining loveseat. 15 days ago I called the local store and I spoke with a woman who said she was a manager and her name was Christy. If the operator transferred me elsewhere, I was never told. Christy said she spoke with the service department and they would have the part in 10 days and to give an additional 5 days to get out here to repair. She said if I didn't have the repair completed by December 20th to call her. I called the store this morning and they claim there is no Christy. The two female managers names are nowhere near and I'm certain it was Christie. So the associate who answered the phone asked if he could help. I tried to give him a synopsis of this convoluted background. He said he would talk with the manager and call me back. It's now Saturday evening and he never called. When I tried to call again the associate that answer said I had to speak with the service department. I told him I'm done. I've gone round and round and nobody has truly helped me. I said I don't know what else to do but file a complaint with the attorney general and Better Business Bureau. Christy had said that she agrees this is all not reasonable and if they can't fix it they should provide me with a new one. But now nobody knows who Christy is. This is awful customer service. A friend had a lazy boy that similarly broke and Lazy Boy FIXED it with one call and 4 days! I won't buy furniture from them again and I'm ready to go to La-Z-Boy and just buy a reclining loveseat. It is not worth this amount of stress. But I will file complaints with Better Business and the Attorney General because this is wrong!

    I regret ever buying from Raymour & Flanigan. I made my purchase about four weeks ago and paid the deposit immediately. I was just waiting for my closing date to finalize the rest of the payment. When I went back to the store almost three weeks ago, everything became a nightmare. They kept insisting I wasn’t eligible for financing, which made no sense—I had literally just purchased a house and even bought more furniture from a different store the same day with no issue. Then they pushed me into their “lease-to-own” option, which also didn’t go through. After jumping through hoops, the only way to move forward was putting the financing under a family member’s name. I was told my bedroom set might be delayed because of the holiday. Fine. Then the day before delivery, Brittany (the manager) calls to say the footboard is damaged. Again, I stayed patient and said, “Just deliver the rest now.” She told me I’d have the bed the following week. Now it’s Sunday, and when I called to ask where my furniture is, she tells me it’ll be another entire week. I sold my old bedroom set expecting them to deliver on time, and now I’m literally sleeping on a mattress on the floor because of their incompetence. This store is unprofessional, unreliable, and has zero communication. Save yourself the stress—never shop here.
