Most recently, we purchased a new mattress, which was ordered and delivered within a 24 hour period. Their sales consultant Alan E. was exceptional, finding exactly what we wanted in no time at all. The gentlemen delivering our mattress were also highly professional and respectful of our home. In short, another exceptional experience all around!

We called the store and spoke to the manager, Brittany, and she helped us with an exchange for bunkie boards that were delivered less than 24 hours later and they took the box spring - hassle free. THANK YOU Brittany and the R&F team! Highly recommend this store, will be shopping here again!

He proceeded to follow me around the entire store and comment about each couch I sat on. It is clear they have commission and the sale people need to chill the hell out. Compared to Ashley, the pricing is nearly DOUBLE.

I had purchased the protection plan and was to receive a new chair to replace the broken one. Unfortunately they no longer have that chair. I stopped into the Montgomeryville store and was met by a manager named Eric who went out of his way to assist me in replacement. He took me from being a very frustrated customer to a very happy one. Cannot praise him enough for his patience with me.
