Their so-called promotions are nothing more than tactics to get you through the door, only for the terms to completely change once you’re locked into the purchase. By then, you’re stuck — and they know it. The employee assisting us clearly had no idea how to process the order, fumbling with the tablet for an unreasonable amount of time. When I raised my concerns, the store manager couldn’t have been more dismissive or rude — completely unprofessional and condescending. It’s clear that once they have your money, customer care no longer matters. I will never purchase from Raymour & Flanigan again and will make it a point to warn others to avoid making the same mistake.

Set was showing extreme wear within a year. IE; Swade had become very lose & saggy on all 3 pieces even though we only have a 2-person household with very limited guests. Contacted store & Customer Care Mngr. got a tech out within 4 days. Tech could not fix problem, took pictures & assured us it was a manufacture defect. After 1 week of no further contact, reconnected with Cust Care Mngr. After 2 more weeks of no return calls was finally given number of Service Mgr. because she informed Cust Care she had not received repair summary from technician. 2 days later finally got hold of Service Mgr. who informed us nothing further was planned because condition was acceptable. She also had nothing to say about having never contacting us with her decision. Needless to say, having been a Raymour customer for over 25 years we will never return again!

He was welcoming and explained signage and then left us alone to shop. There was no pressure to buy. Steve was informative and laid back in his sales approach which we appreciated. Everything went smoothly and we look forward to getting our new furniture this week.
