I just bought a house that needs some TLC. The first task was paint. The employee running the paint department, I believe his name is Josh, was so incredibly rude and acted as if helping us was the most inconvenient thing he's ever had to do. We purchased roughly 20 gallons of paint, 6 different colors, and 10 sample size jars of different colors. Rather than providing us with the colors we requested, Josh took it upon himself to give us whatever he felt like giving us, and only got 5 of the sample jars correct. We called the store to complain and the store manager told us we could return the wrong colors and he'd give us a 50% discount on the 5 correct colors. He told us to meet with an associate named Alicia the next day to get it all sorted out. We came in, Alicia acknowledged she was aware of the situation and proceeded to mix the 5 jars. After they were mixed and we were ready to check out, she couldn't honor what we were told by the store manager and we needed to return when he was going to be there. Tired of getting the runaround and being treated like an inconvenience, I asked for contact information for a district manager, to which she refused. To date, we've spent about 2k renovating our new home, and we haven't even started on the floors yet. We have another 6-7k to spend fixing up this house and this store will not see a dime of it.

Very frustrating Price matching policy. Will always come up with an excuse not to price match. Either "not in the same Zip Code" , "has to be in stock". I have proof of same tool, cheaper price at Home Depot but the Monroeville home Depot has a different zip code. Basically was told they will never price match anything unless from Amazon and sold by Amazon, so you can never price match a tool.
