This location has a Flock Automatic License Plate Reader (ALPR). This is very concerning from a privacy standpoint and I no longer shop here since learning they are using this kind of invasive surveillance and tracking.

Go to the garden center for my indoor plants. Picked up 2 sickly looking plants for half price. Don't shop here for anything else because of their extremely strict return policy. Tried to return unopened sticky straw but had no receipt. They refused to refund without the receipt. So they lost my business. Was not pricey.

Ordered a new washer and dryer for delivery and installation. Everything was a mess and I have talked to 7 people today to get it fixed. I now have 2 separate teams coming tomorrow to try to resolve the issue and have a 12 hour window where I need to be available. I requested to speak with multiple supervisors through customer service and was refused each time. I spoke to a manager at the store and my issues were ignored. I have been a long time customer of Lowe's and it's disheartening to see how no one cares about any of it. I was promised a review by the escalation team but I'm sure that team is a recycling bin for the crumpled paper to go into.
