- DDDeborah (Dee Dee)Feb 18, 20261.0I had a terrible experience with Lowes in Monaca Pa regarding a Dryer I ordered, it was supposed to come Sunday February 15,2026 However they delivered a Dryer with a Dent in it!, So it's Wednesday February 18,2026 and still no Dryer and I requested a discount for my inconvenience, the Customer Service lady told me that they can't tell me the amount of the Discount until the Dryer is delivered!???? Meanwhile they hit my Lowes Credit Card for the full amount on February 15 2026!!!! I'm going to switch to Homedepot when this Is all said and done! Not to mention the horrible runaround I received!

Not having a cord and then spent hours on the phone. Trying to getting answer. On why the attachments were not in the box and kept getting bounced from Person to person different department.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
