Their prices arent too high, their product selection is... well it just "is," and their staff all seem like they are just waiting for their shift to expire. Ive been scammed by lowe's delivery service after they sent me a broken tub, and then wanted me to bring it back to them after i informed them the entire reason i had it delivered was due to it being too large to transport in my car... so they refused to refund it and I vowed to never use them for large scale projects. They are hit or miss, and never seem to excel or even try that hard.

Got an email saying delivery will be Sunday! Great! I was expecting it to be alot longer than 2 days and also on a Sunday! Super impressed! Sunday the unmarked box truck pulled up. The 2 guys brought my new washer in hooked it up and we're walking out the door. Nothing to sign not a word spoken. I asked"your taking my old washer right"? He said "No not enough room on truck". You just took one off didnt you is what I was thinking. I told him I paid for them to pick it up. He said very rudely that they couldn't do it today not enough room on truck maybe tomorrow and also said do I want a refund? I said NO I want you to take my old washer. They took it outside and left it in our driveway!! Never saw or heard from them and luckily I had someone interested in picking it up for scrap and I called and got my refund but Lowes do better. Your 3rd party delivery sucks. Love the washer though!
