  I recently purchased a previously owned Husqvarna TS348XD Garden Tractor, and searched for Husqvarna dealership in my area. To my surprise, American Outdoor Power Equipment was the first dealership on the list. Based on my very positive experience with these folks last fall, I am pleased to say that they will be my business of choice for any Husqvarna needs as well.

  Snowblower had a flat tire. This place was recommend by a neighbor. Walked in the place. Spoke to Pat. He said no problem. Had it picked up later that day. Had it about a week during snow season by the way. Then it was delivered back to the house upon completion.

  The owner is very bad tempered and is very rude to customers. He kicked me out of the store when I said regretfully I had to come here because the the other stilh dealer did have the chain. Rather than asking what the problem was, he reaffirmed that his customer service is very bad!

  I bought a Scag walk behind and it had issues with the engine leaking oil. I took it in for warranty service and was told it would take a few days to a week for parts to come in and be put on. 2 weeks goes by and I've yet to receive a call so I called down to the business (I live 1.5 hours away) so it's not like I can just stop by. I was greeted with someone on the other end with a bad attitude and acted like I was bothering them by calling. I eventually got my mower fixed thanks to their great service department and thanks to Tony for his great customer service.i went to pick up my mower and again this same person was working that day and I was greeted with the same bad attitude and like I was bothering them being there. I might have a small business but I could have been a future customer had things gone differently. I hope this review helps someone. P.S.: I edited this review to highlight the good that this business does have. Tony and the service team are good guys.

  Bought my husband a SCAG Liberty Z. He loves mowing now because it takes him half the time to mow our one acre. The quality of the cut makes the yard look immaculate!! Excellent service!! Will recommend to all our friends.
