Even got bad advice that cost me money. It seems Lowes are not investing in employment knowledge. Instead of training, and paying a livable wage, they hire anybody that can use a device. I like the employees they are worth it, train them! Also, very rarely do they have a human at consumer checkout lane, they have 4 self checkout ran by 2 employees. I walk down to pro checkout and walk back to my car because I don’t work at lowes!
