Dealing with Lowes has been great, Spencer in home appliances has been very helpful and I am so grateful for the support we've received and for how their honoring their customer wishes and core values they have as a company and I will definitely be a returning customer, they've made an exception when they normally can't so they will always have me as a customer.

We have dealt with Lowe's for many years. That would not be the case if we were not happy with their products, price, and staff. Staff. A little hard to find someone to wait on you depending upon the time of day. But in the end things always work out.

Staff is friendly, however most are unknowledgeable. Every time I asked question about a project to start, their heads went down strait to the device. Even got bad advice that cost me money. It seems Lowes are not investing in employment knowledge. Instead of training, and paying a livable wage, they hire anybody that can use a device. I like the employees they are worth it, train them! Also, very rarely do they have a human at consumer checkout lane, they have 4 self checkout ran by 2 employees. I walk down to pro checkout and walk back to my car because I don’t work at lowes!

Terrible delivery sub contractors. Posted speed limit on private road is 5mph. This company flew up and back the road delivering a product to a neighbor. I told driver it's 5mph on road. He said no speak english. Driver also refused to say who he delivered for. Said, no speak english. Owner of house said he bought product from Lowes.
