WhiteNov 6, 20255.0On 10/23/20205, Ian Zankman and his highly competent and hardworking crew of Sean, Paul, and Mike installed a Regency Atmosphere model Gi33LE gas fireplace insert in our home. They worked diligently without stop from the time they arrived at about 8:10 AM until they left at 5:15 Pm with the job fully and professionally completed. They installed the insert, the air intake and exhaust lines as well as brick and mortar repairs and modifications to the chimney. Ian explained the operation of the unit and we have since used it every day to great enjoyment and warmth. Prior to this installation Ian had also arranged for a competent and qualified electricians (Addis Electrical Contractors) to install electrical service into the fireplace firebox. As beforesaid , this crew worked diligently and well together to complete the job in a day as promised and within the job estimate provided and the new insert has been used every day since without difficulty or complication Suffice it to say we are very well pleased with the work done by D. J. Cross and Ian's crew of excellent workers and we are also very happy with the performance of the unit and the additional comfort it provided to our home. But it is not just the managers and workmen who deserve praise. We would never have found our way to Ian and a lengthy discussion and presentation from him that convinced us that D. J. Cross was the contractor to use if we had not first met Beth who guided complete strangers from the parking lot to the people and products in the huge building who could make this project happen. And Beth was also helpful administratively in facilitating payment and even taking a request for follow as to the procedure and links needed to make this review which I very much wanted to do because of my experience.
