  Professional, friendly and timely. I called and got an appointment for Wednesday. They called back and said they could move it up to today (Monday) after 12. The technician, Chris, called and asked if he could come at 11. I happily agreed. Chris arrived on time, took pictures and assessed my exhaust stack. Told me he would email me with the estimate because he wanted to research what would work best for my situation. Just waiting to hear back.

  Couldn’t be happier with the team at DJ Cross. Professional, dependable and honest. They installed a new wood insert fireplace and liner. Highly recommend.

  I am thrilled with my new fireplace and the service I received from DJ Cross. They were timely, friendly and knowledgeable, and communication was outstanding. My fireplace renovation required stone facade to be removed and reinstalled, which could have been problematic however rhe DJ Cross technician had great experience and did an excellent job. My fireplace looks great and provides the extra warmth i was looking for in my home!

  Sean was very professional. He arrived promptly in the morning and guided the team throughout the project. He showed me the pictures of the completed capping and it looks beautiful. We are looking forward to using our wood fireplace again. Thank you to Sean and his team for completing this project.
