    Be careful if the expiration dates on food items. Unfortunately I got syrup that expired 5 days after purchasing

    After my experience here previously and especially tonight I see why this place is going out of business- and I will definitely never be purchasing anything from this company again. First- the manager on duty didn’t even understand her company’s return policy- even though it was staring her in the face. Because she was poorly trained, she actually tried to argue with me about a return. I literally received the item in the mail TWO DAYS AGO, and returned it with the receipt. Obviously I was due a full refund. The manager didn’t understand how to do a refund with receipt. And then tried to only refund me 75% of the item’s price stating that it went on sale- while I am sure this is the policy for items without a receipt, this is obviously not the policy for items with receipt. I had to argue with her and she did refund the proper amount, but it is ridiculous that I had to argue with her about this. She was also very rude. Overall an absolutely LAUGHABLE experience- never again.

    First and last time I will go to At Home. Prices were high and selections nowhere near the quality of Home Goods. Staff was welcoming and cashier very nice. Inventory just blah and too expensive.

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund. While we're not able to offer exchanges, customers are welcome to return any unwanted merchandise and purchase new items. *we allow up to 3 returns without a receipt.
