    First and last time I will go to At Home. Prices were high and selections nowhere near the quality of Home Goods. Staff was welcoming and cashier very nice. Inventory just blah and too expensive.

    POOR DELIVERY SYSTEM! if you don't live close by the Media store, don't expect them to deliver your package. They use Uber Eats to make deliveries. I didn't know that. I ordered something on 7/17 and wanted it delivered next day. (I live about an hour away). Well I paid through PayPal and waited a week for my package. It never came. I emailed customer service (no phone number available.) Turns out the driver returned my package to the store the day after I placed my order. The store thought it was delivered. (I called the store and talked to the manager. He was no help.) Then the store canceled my order. The note in PayPal said it was canceled because it was "damaged". Meanwhile the second uber driver has my order and is on her way to my house. Then she calls me to tell me Uber won't pay her for the delivery because it was cancelled. I never got my item. What a sloppy way to run a business. STAY AWAY.

    This place is huge, and they have tons of great stuff! I got some garden stuff, 2 new lamps, and some new Halloween decorations. Loved it!

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
