  Found a lovely small leather recliner that was on sale and perfect size and look for my space. They worked with my schedule for delivery. Very happy with overall experience.

  I do not place many reviews unless I experience something impactful. Be it negatively or positively. Blake was awesome! His knowledge, his care for customers, patience, communication, and leadership was top notch experience. He provided questions to help narrow down selections, gave me advice in picking out furniture, showed the various options, and communicated that he would care for other customers while I envision what style model is best for me in my home. He gave space when needed and was so upfront with me gaining a trust relationship. He is an asset to Lazy-Boy; he wants his associates to succeed and do well. He is the best! I appreciated buying a sofa recliner and motorized recliner from him. I’m excited when they get delivered. In his next performance evaluation, give him a raise and bonus for his stellar work ethics. Thank you, Blake!

  Very clean store and well designed. Music is played at a reasonable level in the store, plenty of parking, with a nice entranceway. Great selection of furniture as well as decor.

  Blake and Jullanar were fabulous to work with! Blake was so informative and answered our many questions about our new furniture. Jullanar came to our home to help us with choosing colors to suit our home and taste. We can't wait for our new furniture to arrive. We had an excellent experience and felt that they took the time to listen to what we wanted and made sure we were aware of the process going forward. I would recommend this store to others.

  I was very satisfied with the local store. I love my chair. However, it was delivered damaged and I questioned it with the delivery person who told me it was fine. It was not and within a week needed a repair because the frame was bent. This was done by a virtual visit with a technician who was incorrect in his assessment of what was wrong. The in-person service technician confirmed this and had to order a new part which would take another few weeks. I had to call and raise a complaint and I asked for a replacement chair. They insisted on a repair. I finally left a negative comment on social media which got the attention of the company and I was able to have my chair replaced. I was satisfied ultimately with the resolution however this should have been the fix from the very beginning. This furniture is not inexpensive and when something is clearly damaged during the delivery there should be no question about replacing the product. The bottom line is the store was awesome to deal with. Customer service not so much. Proceed with caution.
