HORRIBLE customer service at this store. I will never buy another product from Lowes again. My money will be given to Home Depo in the future. Lowes does not take any responsibility for their vendors nor do they take responsibilities for their mistakes. Cost my family well over $10,000 and cost me days off of work for THEIR mistakes. I ordered a custom vanity and counter top from them over $6,000 alone and it came in wrong multiple times and broken. Had to return the products for a total refund and set my project back 10 weeks.

Purchased a grill, the salesman asked us about a delivery date and gave us options for Sunday the 5th between 8/12 we accepted the date. A few days later we get an email saying the dates been changed and it’s the 6th between 8am 8pm…. I call the store 2 different people from Mechanicsburg stored 1 being a manager assured me it would be the 5th……starting to see a trend now 🤷♂️ I run get another message and email on Thursday confirming the 6th again, I call the store and speak to a manager who now explains Lowe’s doesn’t do weekend and I should have never been told that. So a week later no grill and most lowes associates and managers are trained to lie to make a sale…… love the business moto

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
