    It's truly amazing how eager the employees here are willing to help! "RoRo" in particular is a stellar example of the BEST! She's knowledgeable, helpful, friendly AND funny! This Lowe's is on my top "go-to" list!

    We had the worst experience ever with getting a dishwasher with install. Too long of a horror story to type. My reason for 5 stars is because of Greg at the mechanicsburg store. He was the only one through the whole process who helped us and cared about our situation and cared to make it right. Thank you, Greg!

    I would give zero stars if I could, horrible experience with refrigerator delivery, 1st refrigerator was damaged when they arrived, so it needed returned, had to wait four days for new one but couldn’t deliver refrigerator in time frame that we asked, you would think our delivery would be 1st delivery of the day since we received a damaged product, but apparently not the case, so needed to wait two more days, finally arrived, and delivery people were rude and disrespectful, broke the outside railing and my Christmas decorations, and left a total mess in the kitchen and outside in the driveway, and also did not run water through lines for water and ice cube maker, to make sure it was running properly and clearly, ice cubes and water were gray, apparently from the filter, they were suppose to run water through the lines, which they did not do. They were extremely loud and unprofessional during the delivery process. We are renting so had no choice in the matter of where we got our refrigerator from, but from past experience we have always steered away from Lowe’s due to their customer service. This experience was awful and I will never step foot in a Lowe’s store again. Home Depot will always be the clear winner every time, there are always helpful and put their customers first. Can guarantee this would not happen with them. Beyond frustrated and disgusted.

    I showed up at Lowe’s at 5 AM this morning only to find a row of lawn chairs sitting in front of the entrance, apparently being used to “hold places” in line for people who weren’t even there. Not a single person was physically waiting—just empty chairs. This is completely unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the store’s management. Allowing customers to reserve a spot without actually being present is unfair to anyone who shows up early and waits responsibly. It creates an unorganized and disrespectful environment, especially for those who make the effort to arrive on time. A store should not allow unattended chairs or objects to act as placeholders. If someone wants a place in line, they should be there in person. I hope management takes this seriously and establishes a clear, fair policy moving forward..
