- MCMary CowellJan 1, 20261.0Went into the store for the year-end sale. The sales rep showed us the options and said there was free delivery also. We purchased a chair and upon closer inspection of the invoice, after leaving the store, saw we were charged for delivery. Called the store and it was explained that the free delivery only applies to orders over a higher amount than what we purchased, so they charged us the full delivery fee of 99.99 then gave us a 50.00 discount to "help us out". If the sales rep made a mistake, they should have been upfront and honest in the store. It is my fault for not paying closer attention to the invoice we received until we left the store. Beware of what you are told versus what you are charged before you leave the store. You might be surprised by a fee you were told was free!

Blake stopped by to see what we were looking for and was very low pressure. He explained the different kinds of options and even alternatives that were better suited for my Height. He was very knowledgeable about the products and options.. He left us alone to check out different chairs and didn’t follow us around like some salesmen do. I appreciate that. Liked the one recliner so much we bought it that day and are now awaiting delivery. I’m very happy we stopped in

I just have my doubts the right recliner was delivered, it doesn't seem as roomy as the one in-store but its too late now per signed agreement.

Those who worked there were very welcoming but then left us alone to look around without pressure. Every once in a while they’d check to see if we had any questions or wanted water and then offered to explain the 3 points to match us to well-fitting chairs. I really appreciated this. The sales pricing and free delivery, along with Lazy Boy’s quality reputation, were all I needed to complete my purchase. I’ll be back soon for a new sofa!
