Home delivery for my single piece was $100 😳 added a swivel base for $250 😳. Salesperson was nice and very helpful. In my opinion, the quality of LZB has declined, but we still bought another for comfort, hoping this chair will fare better than the LZB it’s replacing.

I.paid by check the deposit and then needed to.pay the balance by credit card for delivery. They would not take my card over the.phone unless I sent them a copy of tje card and my driver's lis by email. Who in their right mind would do that. I had to drive 45 minutes to pay the balance in person. Very inconvenient and totally ridiculous.
