- TSTerri SpryFeb 11, 20261.0I don't recommend this store. Their employees are untrained and broke my windows. Because of the delay, I ended up paying almost 2k more on my project and Lowe's doesn't feel that this is their problem. I got a lowly 50 dollars in Lowe's gift cards for my trouble. Doesn't Lowe's say they care? They know that this is wrong. I've been chatting with Lowe's corporate and they won't do anything about it. They used to give a hoot and compensate for losses if it was their fault. I know because I've known many people who work for Lowe's. I commend all of you who ban this store. Home Depot is only a mile away!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
