    We ordered carpet back in September for a bedroom installation. From the start, this process has been disorganized and frustrating. First, we were sold the wrong carpet padding — after an associate helped select it. We were later told it was incorrect and had to return it ourselves, driving it back to the store. Lowe’s then said they would order the correct padding and pair it with our original carpet order. We were credited $50 upon return of the wrong carpet padding for our "inconvenience " or was it for their mistake? Weeks went by. No delivery. No installation. Hardly even a phone call. Eventually, we were told the original carpet had been lost and had to be reordered. During this time, we were repeatedly pushed to accept “whatever was in stock,” which we declined — we wanted the specific carpet we originally ordered and paid for. Now, months later, we are still dealing with errors. We were charged $50 for furniture moving, even though the room is completely empty — which Lowe’s was told in advance. When this was questioned, we were told to “address it after installation,” which is not acceptable customer service. This entire experience has involved: Incorrect product guidance Lost materials Delays spanning multiple months Unnecessary charges Poor communication We expect the $50 furniture-moving fee to be removed, and for Lowe’s to take responsibility for the repeated mistakes instead of pushing the burden onto the customer.

    I swear it gets worse every time I go there!!! It ranges from nobody at checkout, nobody in departments , nobody knows their department, I actually had the guy in plumbing follow me up the next isle to continue arguing with me. They never have half the shit you need. Ive about had it with mansfield, pa lowes!!!!
