  It was a pleasure to work with Joe at Extra Space storage as we updated information related to our storage needs @ the Limerick location. Joe made the transition of my accounts to the new contracts seamless. He provided additional updates on the facility improvements that are planned by the new management.   I spoke to Joe today, and he helped me to update my account! He was so kind and easy to work with. I am currently traveling, and he was so understanding about there being a time change and me being busy. He even took the time and asked about my trip! I genuinely cannot recommend them enough. If you need anything, definitely ask for Joe. He has amazing customer service and is so pleasant and easy to talk with!

  This storage is wonderful, I’ve been using this storage for about 9 years now and Mr joe has been nothing but kind and helpful. Overall the pricing is reasonable for a single unit with two enhances. I highly recommend using Extra space if you're searching for a storage space that cares.

  I recently had a great experience with Extra Space Storage and wanted to share how impressed I was with the service received. I stopped in on a whim as I’m in the process of moving to Linfield. From the moment I walked in, the manager Joe was friendly, professional, and took his time to help me understand the right storage unit for my needs, even after I told him I was just inquiring. Not once did I feel pressured to take a unit on the spot which is more than I can say about another place. Joe took the time to explain all my options clearly, making the whole visit smooth and stress-free. I’m actually thinking about getting a bigger unit just to store my one car after this past horrendous winter. The facility itself, while it looks dated, is super clean, well-lit, and feels very secure, which gave me peace of mind. I also really appreciate how I can drive up to the unit and Joe mentioned there would be a climate control installed soon, which is actually better for me. Overall, Extra Space Storage exceeded my expectations with excellent customer service. I am definitely going to get a unit there once I move!

  Our company has been using this storage facility for a few years now. With the new management, the transition was seamless, and Joe who is managing the facility was great! Explained everything clearly and concisely. He even offered to help when I lost my phone in my storage unit and was frantically trying to find it! I've never had an issue getting in or out of the space, and the security is top notch. Pricing is also very reasonable!
