He was extremely knowledgeable in explaining the contract process. On move in day he made sure everything went smoothly and efficiently. He’s an asset for sure.

He was a pleasure to deal with. He explained the process and all of the available promotions at the time. He was very professional and transparent. We got a great unit next to the elevator, for an unbeatable price! He took his time showing me around and explaining the ins and outs of their facility. Everything felt very clean, quiet and safe. I would definitely recommend!

Fred had a smile, was friendly, kind, caring and he seemed to genuinely care about my situation. I know some people see the reviews that are too good in here and assume they're bought. I promise you this one is not. Fred did everything he could and all the discretion at his disposal to help us out in our time of need. He we more than knowledge about the systems options. Besides that he was just a genuinely nice person to talk to. Felt like talking to an old friend. There are a lot of these types of storages places around this areas. I really would choose this one. Mainly for the reason that the service was as too notch as it could be and Fred was able to get us the best price plains available as also really helped us understand what the options surrounding were. Fred should manage this place and even though he expressly asked me not to say that, I feel as though he would be great in that role.
