They are happy to take your money up front but have shown a gross inability to get a project done. If you have issues with a project, you have to go through the Lowe's IST team, and they will tell you that they cannot help you until the project is done. I highly recommend using anyone else, do not give them your business. 0 stars would be too high of a rating.

I NEVER opened the box as written on the box with guidelines to measure. . Today 11/29/25 I brought it back to get the American Standard one. At customer service, the 2 woman there were extremely rude. They both looked at the box and told me I opened the box. I told them I DID NOT open the box, They kept restating that since I opened the box they would have to put it into the damaged pile as it was considered “biohazard” damage. They are extremely lucky I didn’t lose my temper with them. How dare they call me a liar! The whole transaction was extremely uncomfortable and I want them to be spoken to about their lack of courtesy and outwardly accusing a customer of lying. You should NOT have employees who work like this anywhere near customers. They are both a disgrace. You will lose customers with employees like this. I will be sure to share my experience with family and friends. This places Lowe’s in a negative !
