Unfortunately we can no longer recommend Lowe’s when buying appliances and definitely not their protection plans! Our daughter purchased a stove and a 3 year protection plan. A year and a half later the oven stopped heating. She called for service, they couldn’t come out for a week. Then they never showed up at all. Then after hours on the phone trying to still set up service, it’s another 5 days till they can come out. And …they will probably have to order a part, so a long time without the use of their oven. Very poor customer service, so disappointed.

Horrible, awful employee service. Today me and my mom were getting paint and while we waited for the paints to get mixed I went to find gloves. When I asked where they were a lady employee looked at me with disgust and called me a sir, I am a 16 year old girl and my hair was up. My hair was up so I thought nothing of it, BUT, when I had to get different gloves because the ones I picked out first weren’t the ones we wanted she acted all sweet towards me and my mom, calling me honey, respectively, I ain’t your honey ma’am. Then at checkout the paints I picked out all said BASE C, but when I scanned them 2 of them said ultra white base, not base C. Now, if I noticed this as an employee I would have grabbed new paints and replaced it or TOLD the customer your error. Hopefully this won’t ruin the walls I’m painting but who knows! I hope you fix your employees attitude and skills to keep different customers paints tougher.

Can't even use the self checkout without a credit card pitch. Want to be bothered by a third party salesperson while in the middle of a random aisle? Then this is the place for you. Their delivery perks are stuck in the past compared to Home Depot's free same day delivery on out of stock items. Orange side of the fence for me from now on.

How do I check my order status?
Check your order status online by entering the order number or logging in to your MyLowe’s account. You’ll receive email updates if your order status changes.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. The return barcode for the order works, too, and can be found on your Order Details page.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
