    Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered Kitchen cabinets. Were supposed to be delivered 10/28/25. Waited all day. No delivery. Called in. They said the delivery was rescheduled for 11/1/25. No one called me to tell me this or that my order would not be delivered. They rescheduled my delivery for today 10/30/25. I received the text message confirmation last night that the delivery would be between 10 am today and 2 pm. Waited all day. No delivery. Called in and spoke to Letitia. She said my order will now be delivered on 11/6/25. Once again no one called to tell me this or let me know after I waited all day. I told her I wanted to speak to a manager. She flat out laughed at me and said there was nothing they could do. I have been on hold for 25 minutes for a manager and no one has picked up the line. Absolutely terrible service. Program make me give them at least 1 star. But this is zero star service. the situation has gotten worse. 2 more delivery dates promised and no delivery happened. I went to the store after the 4 th time and a manager was working on it. They called me the next day, Friday November 14th and promised me delivery today on 11/18/25. I have been put on hold 6 times with the hotline. They are now telling me another week. They told me the Kitchen cabinets I ordered have been in the local store for several weeks. but they havent delivered them. When I go online and enter my order number nothing comes up. The only thing worse than their service is their technology. I can tell you how disappointed I am with Lowe's. Finally going to Home Depot tonight after 5 weeks of waiting for my order. I will then cancel my order. I would never recommend ordering kitchen cabinets from Lowe's.
