- DDDavidFeb 24, 20263.0Most of the employees on the floor are not experienced in helping you find what you need. They are nice but it’s a maze to find what you need especially for small things like plumbing. They don’t have enough staff for organizing flooring, cabinets, countertops.

And there was nothing i could do because he already dyed the paint the color I wanted....just didnt plan on spending that much on a gallon of paint .... and the lady at the check out wasn't very helpful and hard to understand 😕 I was trying to be patient and kind but I dont think ill be going back soon ... 😔

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
