John is carpet department missed many categories in install and labor fee. End up paying $970 more and still waiting for installation even after 1 month. I'm very afraid that I will have additional fees once my carpet gets installed.

I went with my parents, my Dad used one of the scooters that were available in the front. Everyone was very helpful, especially Jim from the flooring department who was both kind and extremely helpful. He listened to the problem we needed to address with our flooring and came up with a few solutions for us. Also, the lady at the register was very kind and patient with us and helped us get out quickly and told us where to leave the scooter. I would definitely come back again!
