  Quick delivery which accurate timing. Delivery men were nice and really quick took like not even 10 minutes for them to bring everything in and unwrap it. And they took the trash with them which was great. 10/10

  Ralph was the best. We moved into our forever home starting fresh and he helped us with figuring out how to find the right fits for our living room and bedrooms. We had a bunch of questions as far as dimensions and quality. He answered everything thoroughly and made the process seem less for us. Great experience great investment

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but the professionalism and support I received here absolutely warranted one. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Ralph, who was friendly and welcoming without being pushy. He gave me space to look around and then checked back in to make sure I was doing okay. I came in looking for a mattress, and Ralph walked me through the different options, explaining the specifications, asking about my sleep habits, and offering thoughtful recommendations including some great budget-friendly choices. I’m pretty indecisive, so it took me a while to make a decision, but he never once made me feel rushed. The checkout process and delivery setup were both quick and easy. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. If you stop by, definitely ask for Ralph! My dog approves too!

If you’re shopping at Raymour & Flanigan, I highly recommend asking for Z. Professional, honest, and extremely helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back for future furniture purchases!
