NONsense curb side pickup for 10 bags of mulch
I ordered 10 bags of mulch online and specifically wanted curb side pickup. I waited 10 mins after check-in at curbside pickup place, GUESS WHAT I GOT? A receipt delivered at curbside. I was asked to drive to a central loading place to get the 10 bags. I could have paid for them and got the receipt in 3 mins at store. Very disappointed.

Not a fan never enough people working the registers staff spends more time being Mia then actually being helpful. Only saving grace is that there's always shopping carts in the store but God forbid you need to go down a main path there's end caps in the middle of isles and making so only one cart can go at a time

My husband and I recently purchased a bathroom faucet from this location, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. When we opened the box at home, it was clear that the item had already been opened and returned. Several pieces were missing, the packaging had been disturbed, and when we removed the faucet from the box, water actually spilled onto our floor. This made it obvious that the faucet had previously been used.
We returned to the store to address the issue, but the customer service experience was just as frustrating. The employee working at the customer service desk was extremely rude and dismissive, and when we asked to speak with a manager, the response was not much better. The manager was also rude and did not seem interested in resolving the situation or acknowledging the problem.
Items like plumbing fixtures that have clearly been used should never be placed back on the sales floor. It was very disappointing to receive a product in that condition and then be treated poorly when trying to resolve it.

Walked the store for 10 min and couldn't find a single employee . If you need help don’t waste your time here it’s aways the same thing. Customer service pointed to an isle that had nothing to do with what I was looking for. Go to Home Depot that has employees in every department and knowledgeable . In my case I’ll have to go online but it will probably get to my house faster than finding help in this store.
