  Every person I interacted with was very pleasant & helpful, from Thomas my Sales Consultant, to the measurements, to Dave installing the pleated shades. They are beautiful, well made & enhance the look of the window.

  I’ve had products from Blinds to Go for more than twenty years. This is the first time I needed to have anything repaired. When I brought in 2 of the 4 pairs of vinyl blinds I learned they were no longer dealing with vinyl. The employee still wrote up a repair order and sent the blinds in to the manufacturer. To my surprise the company replaced all 4 pairs of vinyl blinds with aluminum blinds. This company truly values it’s customers and stands by its products.

Since it was our first time buying blinds, we didn’t have much understanding about the different options. Thomas patiently explained everything in detail and made the whole process very easy for us to understand. He answered all our questions and helped us choose the right blinds for our home.
