  I originally met Christina in February when stopping in to begin the process of looking at furniture for our new home. She was friendly and helpful and the store had quality items within our price point. I really appreciate the fact that 90% or so of what is on the floor is in stock. When we finally began purchasing in April, Abdul also assisted and was very pleasant to work with. We made our choices on a Tuesday and had most of our items delivered by Friday of the same week. The delivery crew was professional and thorough in their set up and answered any questions we had. They were personable as well and we now feel like we have four new friends! One of the rugs we ordered was too small but we decided to keep it for another room. We called the store to order a larger rug and working with their customer service staff, we were able to quickly make the purchase and set up the delivery. We'll be making future purchases at Raymour & Flanigan and would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family. They provided a wonderful experience all around!

  Denise Taverad was so helpful! I came in before and she helped me with my living room and dining room purchases. I had to come back and seek her help out again because her patience and expertise were so helpful in my shopping process! This time around I came looking for kitchen pieces and a few accents for my dining room, and I love how everything is coming together. When you’re shopping in person or online, ask for Denise Taveras because she will be supervising helpful!

  Tom was an absolute standout when he helped me at Raymour & Flanigan. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I found exactly what I needed. He took the time to explain my options without ever being pushy, and his knowledge made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was how honest and attentive he was—it felt like he cared more about getting me the right fit than just making a sale.   Amy was absolutely amazing! We will definitely be back to be assisted by her when we go furniture shopping. I had nothing but an outstanding experience. My husband and I went looking specifically for a sectional and wanted to know the best prices and option. She was knowledgeable and provided us with exactly what we wanted with an amazing price that fit our budget. We had no clue what the outlet at Raymour and flanigan was and she told us all about it. Amy was very relational and super kind to us. She not only helped us find a couch for our new home but is helping us find a dinning room table set. If you’re looking for someone to provide and help you find exactly what you want at the best price I would recommend her. She gave us water and made us feel comfortable. She was super quick with getting up set up with delivery. We are very excited and looking forward to our new couch! Thanks so much Amy for the excellent service.

  We’ve come to this store twice. Each time, we’ve been helped by a different Denise. Both were super friendly! However, Denise Taveras was the one who helped us with our purchase. She was very helpful and kind…and she put up with our shenanigans - which is a huge plus (we didn’t cause any problems, we just like to have fun)! Denise took the time to explain things to us (like warranty, delivery, etc.), answer ALL our questions, and did it all with a smile. Shirley (I think was her name), at Customer Service, was also very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed chatting with both these ladies. We’ll definitely be visiting Denise again when it’s time for our next furniture purchase!
