When I got there they didn't even have a place on the shelf for them. What a runaround. Went out of town to get them

I noticed that there was no delivery charge. I attempted to change that through the website and could not I called customer service and spoke to A Person Jeffrey, who at first was very polite. But when I had difficulty entering my credit card number and getting the site to accept the information, he laughed and became condescending. I then asked him to cancel the order, but I used an explication. And he told me that he would not talk to me if I was not professional. I told him I am not a professional. I'm a blue-collar worker, and that he just needed to cancel my order. He refused until I spoke as he wished I entered the call, I went to the store and spoke to a manager and had more difficulty canceling the order. I will not patron lowe's ever again. Additionally, when I had gone to the store previously, they said that when an order is delivered, it's just curbside, and they would not carry it inside my house.However , on the website and in customer service , it says that they will take it anywhere within your house.

- EME MMar 5, 20261.0Run sales and put up signs, but then the stuff doesn’t ring up right, so if you want the sale price it’s a huge hassle and wait, not worth it. Store associate was alone on self checkout and was more than happy to have me not buy the item at all instead of doing whatever they would have needed to to get the correct price to ring up. I can understand when you’re by yourself and there are other customers. Was a hassle for both of us but I spend significant time picking out the item, only to leave without it.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
