Purchased a washer and dryer but salesperson did not listen to description of current set up and rushed the sale. Set up was difficult and they recommended to take back the dryer and give a credit. When I fussed to store personnel, they were unsympathetic and dismissive. This was the 2nd time there were issue. Will be last time!

100% a miss management issue. Consistently have to wait 1/2 hr plus to find someone to cut a sheet of plywood after asking several employees.. If they call someone, they never show up. I have even gotten the “I don’t know is so and so showed up to work today”. I can’t tell you how many sheets of plywood I have left in a cart and left to go to Home Depot.
By the way this is after not finding any carts for plywood and also having to wait inline for a while to pay while the only cashier is calling for help and no one showed up.
Why is this a mismanagement issue? Go to west Lancaster. Night and day. If the west store can do it why is it that this one can’t.
I can’t wait for their response saying “our customer service is our highest priority” response. It’s clearly not. It’s been like this for years. And by the way these issues have happen at least 10 times.
Oh and removing the call button for the cut station was a great idea if don’t want your employees to be bothered lol.
