He even went so far as to recommend a smaller size wood screw other than what came in the L bracket packet to make sure it would be a good fit. Excellent customer service - Ed is a Rock Star. Thank you Ed for your time and patience. Lowes is VERY lucky to have you!!

I needed a mail box post (4 x 4) for the mail box I was purchasing. They were not with the mailboxes where I thought they would be but was told they were "underneath". Checked again not there. Then told they needed to be cut to order. Back to the lumber counter...oh so sorry our saw has been down for two weeks. Isn't lumber a large part of Lowe's business model? Went to a competitor and was out in five minutes with post. I'm giving this post 3 stars because they did have the fridge filter I needed.

She answered all our questions, offered suggestions and guided us through the ordering and setting up the install. She was great. I highly recommend you look her up if you need carpet at Lowe's. We had no intention of buying today, but we decided to buy for the whole upstairs based on her advice and recommendations. A very positive experience!
