Just to preface, I'm completely new to anything tools. Today I came in looking for a hacksaw and a level, and there was nobody available in tools EXCEPT for a guy named Ashby. He came over and asked if I needed help and asked about my project! What a wonderful young man! He was very knowledgeable and my project came out amazing!🤩 He mentioned he was new, I'd definitely keep him around the store, he's amazing.

I had to share what a close friend told me about this unbelievably bad experiences hes been having at the Rohrerstown Lowes in Lancaster Pennsylvania... Im horrified how evil.and bad some employees are and have been to him. Hes one of the nicest family man ive ever known and a devout Christian which none of the bad employees he told me about are. In fact I do believe his being a devout Christian might actually be why they mistreated him or his mental challenges hes been dealing with they know about. This is the WORST home improvement store ive ever been in aside from a few employees and managers that seem to be nondescriminitory. A Doree who says she manages the customer service area is very discriminatory towards me especially lately.tonight was the worst. I asked her what managers were working tomorrow, Sunday. This is a general question many people ask. She then said shes going to write the names of the employees who are working tomorrow on the chart that hangs directly on tbe customer service wall the entire world can see! She started interrogating me asking why I wanted to know. I said I need to talk to someone. She continued to deny me acting like i had some sort of altetior motive. I think shes mentality deranged! I looked at the order picker who i think i get along with pretty well who was standing to the right of me watching the entire conversation. I said, "Shes part of the other team" meaning shes one of the not nice mean bad people. I was very upset at this point as this is blatant discrimination and deliberately hindering me from shopping there! She has absolutely NO RIGHT to be asking me anything or blocking me from knowing what managers will be working the next day! The entire WORLD will see just as soon as she writes the names on the wall chart the entire WORLD can see!...
