My wife and I learned of the Lovesac Sactional couches from a friend and we immediately wanted to learn more. We walked into the store and were greeted with enthusiasm and kindness. Keke and Justin worked with my wife and I for well over an hour helping us to think creatively, reorganize the floor models, and give us the ability to see our dreams and visions come to life. Not only were we valued and listened to, but they gave us ideas, and were so hands on with helping to reach what we wanted. There was no pushy sales tactics, we felt welcomed, heard, and respected. Thank you guys for all of your help! Way to go being incredible with your superb customer service!!!
