    DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS STORE!! My wife and I have had problem after problem with defective broken merchandise. They are nasty to their customers my wife has had to call corporate twice and we have only had the merchandise 18 months. But today i still cannot believe this. Travis tool a phone call from my wife to make our payment yes we were 2 1/2 weeks late my wife had a medical emergency and we informed travis. My wife calls to make the payment which our payment is $138.67 plus yes there will be a few dollar late fee. My wife gave Travis the card number he normally would say "ok so that's x amount" no he didn't say a word just took it said "when you making your next payment" my wife said the third of April and before she could ask what the payment he charged was he says thank you and then click he hung up. She checks her bank he charged $222.70!!! Your telling me there's a $84 late fee? So she calls back he's rude kept saying these words " well when you called corporate" yes she called corporate Travis because of how you people treated us. Then he's saying about the extension and 4 mo the that were taken off our account yes four months were taken off we agreed to pay to fix the reclining love seat that the leg won't go up out of our pocket and you guys took four months off . What does that have to do with the fact you overcharged me. Then he put my wife on hold for the manager comes back on says he's in a meeting so my wife asks again how much is the late fee Travis it's not $84 he straight hung up on her. My wife filed a claim with the bank for the extra $84. Do NOT use this store. Actually avoid aarons period. Because I would say its just an issue with this store but my wife and I have informed corporate twice and Travis still works there even after the horrible rude nasty way he talks to my wife, a woman. And if you don't want to listen to me just read the other reviews. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAVIS IS NASTY DISRESPECTFUL AND DECEPTIVE! CHARGED MY WIFES BANK ACCOUNT $84 MORE THAN THE PAYMENT THEN WHEN CONFRONTED BY MY WIFE TREATS HER LIKE GARBAGE AND HANGS UP ON HER!

    Joke of a place. Can’t even wait two weeks. For a payment. Let alone breaking a chair upon delivery and still making you pay for it. Also has been over a month and still yet to receive it.

    I have been a customer of aaron’s since the day the kingston store opened. I have paid off over $40,000 in merchandise from them. Up until about 5 years ago no issue then richard the manager at the time started getting volatile with me, told me a broken chair was because i am fat. Then they sent me a supposed brand new reclining loveseat that thudded when you sat on it. took months for it to be replaced and calls to corporate. Now the same loveseat that they said was brand new when they replaced it (it came with crumbs in the crevices) the lever you pull to have the leg come up the wire detached. this happened in may. it’s now december 27. they came a few months ago and glued the lever..freaking glue. i had a medical emergency the night they came and was away from home for 5 weeks. the leg was left up for a week until my sister came to feed my cats and put it down so the cats wouldn’t crawl up in it. when i came home my fiancee went to use it and it wouldn’t work it detached again (big surprise super glue?!) I have since called multiple times and nothing. But they want their payment. they have sent the delivery guy peter here 3 times to just stare at it (peter is a good dude) he doesn’t know what to do but he tells the manager what’s going on. As of december i have withheld my payment. i have paid over $2,000 into this so im not sending it back. I figured if i withheld my payment they would fix it..nope. I got a rude call from travis who said its my responsibility because they glued it(even though when jonathan came to my house to look at it in may he said gluing may not even work and after that visit it took a good 2 months maybe longer for him and travis to come and actually glue it) i have left several messages for Mike the manager Michaela has taken every one she’s rude and mike wasn’t calling me back. finally the day travis nastily called december 17 said he was coming out again to look at it without giving a time my fiancee called to find out the time mike the manager answered and said we would hear from him maybe december 19 but definitely the 22 to get this taken care of. here it is december 27 and he has not called us. well this morning they called my fiancee it rang once and they hung up. so me thinking it was mike called back a woman answered said he wasn’t there out me on hold for 7 minutes i hung up called back they were answering and hanging up this happened 12 times. i waited a while maybe 10 min blocked my number michaela answered said mike the manager wasn’t there put me on hold for lizette who i guess is also a lower level manager again 7 minutes 6 seconds on hold i hung up called back twice first time like the other 10 times it rang a few times then they hung up the second it rang for over 2 minutes then they hung up on me. IS THIS HOW ARRONS TREATS THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS??! Aaron’s should be ashamed of the behavior of the employees at their kingston store on Saturday december 27, 2025. Especially Michaela. Actually they should be ashamed of travis, michaela and the manager Mike who have left a customer of over 20 years (from the day their doors opened i was one of their first customers ) with broken furniture and then they glue it?? If this doesn’t get resolved i will be going on all my social media platforms and informing people of how i have been treated. And i have every interaction over the last 3 months recorded including the 14 hangups on me on december 27 and being left on hold and then when i call back hung up on. DHAME ON YOU ARRONS!!

    One star is generous this store is so unprofessional and ridiculous I see exactly why they get robbed and people stop paying them. I wouldn’t want to deal with them either
