  So to start off we actually love this couch. It is made very well. The color was exactly what we wanted. When we first ordered it from the King of Prussia store Gail was helpful. She told us that it would take 3 weeks to receive it. Both my husband and I heard her say this. 2 and a half weeks later we get rid of our old couch making room for the new couch. As we hit the three week mark my husband called the store to get an exact date. Gail talked to my husband in a disrespectful tone and told him that she would never say that and he should not have gotten rid of the old couch. Honestly waiting 3 months for a piece of furniture is a first world problem. We could still celebrate the holidays sitting on the floor with our family. My dilemma lies in the fact that once Gail got her commission, she did not feel the need to be kind to her customers. This is a great couch, but our next piece of furniture will not be purchased at the King of Prussia Raymour and Flanigan.

  We had a great experience working with Peter at KOP while shopping for new couches. He was professional, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. He gave us plenty of space to explore and try out different options, while still being available to answer any questions. When we were ready to order, the process was seamless. He made what can be a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

  Mary Ellen did a great job supporting me and helped me pick out a mattress, bed frame, and couch that I love. She was very patient as I considered several options. The entire process was smooth, simple, and the delivery was seamless. I had a great experience with Raymour and Flanigan and I owe it all to Mary Ellen. I highly recommend working with her if you're considering shopping at Raymour and Flanigan.

  Tony made the entire experience at Raymour & Flanigan seamless from start to finish. He was knowledgeable without being pushy, took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, and guided us to the right options without any pressure. His transparency around pricing and willingness to work with us really stood out, and he made sure we felt confident in our decision. If you’re shopping there, I’d highly recommend asking for Tony as he genuinely cares about getting you the best fit, not just making a sale.

  Mr. Tony Warner is the best!! Besides having a wealth of knowledge, very importantly - you will not feel pressured. I am a young female and am always anxious in buying furniture, cars, et cetera and I felt completely comfortable with Mr. Tony while mattress shopping. He was able to, in detail, describe the differences between the mattresses. He was very respectful of my budget as well. The store has a huge selection to try. The prices are actually good and they have free delivery above a certain price, as well as an option to try and return within a certain time frame. Really top notch place, definitely ask for Tony if you swing by.
