I was contacted by the sales associate asking if I was ready to purchase the shelving. When I arrived at the store the sales associate informed me that it would have to be ordered. It looked to me as if they had the correct standards and shelf units in stock. But when we looked at the plan online it was not my finished design. The sales associate was unable to help me recreate the design without the measurements. I didn't bring the measurements because they had them in their computer. I am disappointed in the container store. I have a limited amount of time and resources to get this done and redoing the design is a major waste of my time.

Install vendor and the store didn't coordinate. Probably had to call them 10 tines to follow up on various issues. Must have talked to every manager to try to get things straightened out. Never did get everything but GAVE UP. SOOO frustrating! Love the end result of closets that WERE installed, but many apologies from staff and a $250 gift card just doesn't make up for the hassle.
