  Wife and I were there 3-5 late morning. I was asked by an employee who’s name started with S asked if she could help us. I was looking for 2 specific items and S never quit until we found them. She is one of the nicest human beings Ive ever met. We talked about our families, golf, sports, her son- in- laws 30th b/d party. I nominate her for employee of the year! Wonderful lady!!

The staff here are super friendly and actually know their products, which helps when you’re deciding between five different types of storage bins. Pricing can be on the higher end, but the quality definitely holds up, and you can often catch good seasonal deals. Checkout is quick, and there’s plenty of parking by the side entrance. It’s a great spot to get organizing inspiration or stock up when you’re feeling productive.

  A few weeks ago I went into the store and had a design done for my closet. I purchased the shelving for the lower half at that time. I was contacted by the sales associate asking if I was ready to purchase the shelving. When I arrived at the store the sales associate informed me that it would have to be ordered. It looked to me as if they had the correct standards and shelf units in stock. But when we looked at the plan online it was not my finished design. The sales associate was unable to help me recreate the design without the measurements. I didn't bring the measurements because they had them in their computer. I am disappointed in the container store. I have a limited amount of time and resources to get this done and redoing the design is a major waste of my time.
