  We got the best customer service while searching for a couch. Kalvin was friendly and extremely helpful throughout the process. Super patient as we explored the different options and not a pushy type sales person either. Would highly recommend seeking out his expertise when you’re here!

  I’ve had the pleasure of working with Kimberly Curnow from the KOP store several times, and she is absolutely wonderful. She is kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.   As first time home buyers, furnishing our space felt overwhelming. Tony made this process beyond amazing!! He has been so amazing every single time my husband and I come in. He gives us the comfort to take our time, talk out all the possibilities and scenarios. We never felt rushed or pressured at any point! He is a truly kind and patient person. Tony is a person you want to go back to time and time again! We have purchased a sectional couch, that fits and has a beautiful flow in the space. (The delivery was beyond smoothing and professional) We have also been back recently to find the perfect chairs and ottoman to finish off the room. Tony truly has made overwhelming decisions very easy, comfortable and a smooth process.

  Kalvin was absolutely fantastic. We purchased a nectar mattress and premium protector, but he helped walk us through our options to find the best option (physical lightweight, comfortable, and good for a kid of older and younger people for a vacation home). We went to other stores to look at other mattresses, but Kalvin had the best selling style and we were so much more comfortable with him. 10/10 stars can't recommend enough. Also when we came back to make the purchase, two other couples came in asking for him by name as well, so you know he'll steer you right!
