  Kyle was so extremely helpful with our process of couch hunting. He was very responsive whenever we had a question, and provided great insight with his opinions as for what we were looking for. Highly recommend working with Kyle for your furniture finds!

  It’s difficult to find something positive to post right now about my R&F experience. I’m a longtime customer and usually I’m quite satisfied with my purchases. I’d hate this store right now if it wasn’t redeemed by Kianna M and Kim. I’ve been attempting to have some defective furniture returned for a year ( 2/24). Service people have been to my home multiple times every time I’ve been told my furniture should be replaced. They tell me there’s a service issue it’s been a year!!!

  We recently closed on a second home in King of Prussia and visited the Raymour and Flanigan store to purchase all of the furniture and accessories we needed. We reached out in advance and were connected to Kyle Wunder. He was fantastic to work with throughout the process. He was prepared and ready for us when we arrived full of great ideas. The end result was after a full day, we purchased all of our needs based on a lot of great input from Kyle. He and R&F have been there before and after the sale. Now we’re just looking forward to seeing our new home furnished and decorated!

  ❌ Extremely Poor Service, Misleading Deliveries, and Management That Doesn’t Care This experience has been beyond unacceptable. I requested service on December 1st for two nightstands, a dresser, and a defective mattress. Weeks later, nothing has been resolved. No action, no accountability, no timeline — just excuses. After that, I ordered a new dining room set and was given a delivery date that was changed twice. No warning. No explanation. Completely misleading and disrespectful. The customer service staff is lazy and unprofessional, clearly more interested in ending calls than solving problems. The store manager at the location is dismissive and shows zero concern for resolving customer issues. It is obvious that once they take your money, they stop caring. This company advertises reliability and customer care — that is absolutely false. What I experienced was broken promises, repeated delays, poor communication, and management that does not take responsibility. I am posting this review to force corporate attention, because store management and customer service have failed completely. I strongly do not recommend Raymour & Flanigan unless you’re prepared to chase them for weeks just to get basic service.

  I am a long-time, frequent furniture customer at Raymour & Flanigan and have never experienced an issue with them until this year. In early 2024, I purchased a modular living room sofa that I absolutely love — the quality is great, and it remains one of my favorite pieces in my home. Unfortunately, one of the chair legs broke and a cushion developed a tear. Since I purchased the protection plan, I submitted a claim in July. I received no acknowledgment, no confirmation, and no communication whatsoever. In September, I submitted a second claim. Again — silence. Over the next several months, I called repeatedly and was transferred from one person to the next with no answers and no follow-up. Eventually, I received a text message to schedule a repair appointment, and I selected a date for the following week. Then, on October 13th, the day before the appointment, I received a text canceling it because they “did not have the proper equipment.” That was the last communication I have ever received. Since then, I have called numerous times, left multiple messages for the service department, and received several promises that someone would call me back — none of which were fulfilled. I even visited the store in person and was assured that I would be contacted the next day. That call never came either. The lack of professionalism, communication, courtesy, and accountability has been astounding. To go five months without a single update on a protection plan claim is unacceptable. Today is December 11th, and I still have not received a single follow-up or resolution. After this experience, I will never purchase another piece of furniture from Raymour & Flanigan again.
