- JDJohn DNov 22, 20251.0Very Disappointed with Delivery Experience We were really looking forward to enjoying our new sectional tonight, but instead, we're left waiting for LoveSac to figure out how to remedy this situation. Our delivery was handled by FedEx, who unfortunately does not require signatures. They left our sectional—and another customer's order—in the rain. We weren’t home that day, and didn’t expect the delivery to arrive so soon, as we were told it would take 1-2 weeks, but it showed up in just 5 days. I immediately called LoveSac and was reassured that the couches were wrapped in plastic and likely fine. Based on that, I disassembled our old furniture, rearranged our living space, and dried off the boxes as best as I could before bringing them inside. But when I opened them, I found that the sections were completely soaked. To make matters worse, the other customer whose couch was misdelivered to our address had their delivery on their birthday. They were understandably stressed about missing their dinner while trying to figure out how to transport their furniture. I even helped them load up their couches and used our car to get them to the correct address. For the price you pay for LoveSac products, you'd expect a much better delivery experience. This entire ordeal has turned what should’ve been an exciting purchase into a stressful and disappointing situation. We’re still waiting to see how LoveSac addresses this issue, and I’ll update this post once it’s resolved.

Finally got my full order then needed to place an exchange for a piece. Was told the mange could only do exchanges and the associate would have a manager call me back. No one ever did. Called again and placed my exchange but no one told me I needed to return the items to fedex before the new pieces would be sent. Wasted another two weeks. Again the couch is comfortable but for the price you pay the customer service is very disappointing
