  I love hobby lobby so much the presence of god and Jesus is there. So many beautiful godly things this the store. I love all the pieces I got. Friendly staff too.

  The female store manager at this location verbally berated their employee in front of multiple customers yelling at her past a few isles. She yelled so loud my kids were covering their ears scared. I left my items and quickly left the store. That’s not how management should be acting in front of customers or treating their employees. Unprofessional and disgusting behavior from a family friendly Christian based company. When I left the poor employee was sobbing and the registers were backed up and the store manager was no where to be seen assisting her employees or helping customers. This is not the first time I’ve witnessed this same manager being condescending to her employees at the registers and never once stepping in to help them even when the lines are ridiculously long. Will no longer return to this location as long as this manager is working here.

  Store clean with beautiful displays. Assistance in store with employees very good. Problem this visit and previous visit at checkout. Checkout delays due to checkout not knowing which dept to register...I guess not shown on tickets but necessary holding lines up. There were 3 cashier lines with approx 5 people each line. I was 4th in line waiting 8 minutes finally becoming 3rd person when floor leader told me to move over to empty cashier with no light on. I hesitated as the person directly in front of me had 2 items like myself. Floor person again told me go to front of line at empty cashier booth where a young female came..did not speak and left again. Shortly came back with cashier drawer not speaking but started to count money in drawer. The line I was originally in was now empty and I am now waiting for new cashier to set up before starting to check people out. I am becoming very frustrated but she finally begins my 2 transactions and immediately has problem of not able to continue without a department to fill in. I got price ticket from display (batteries from displays right in front of cashier. She calls out sge needs help and now I am really mad as thus has taken up too long a time so I told b her to forget it. Not worth all this waiting to check out 2 items. Unfortunately my other item was a cut piece of fabric. My suggestion is to have departments listed on merchandise as thus was a previous issue at checkout and a line for 5items or less only. Love the store but 20 minutes is too long to pay for items.

  Not that busy, look as if they just received shipment. I went based off of you tube hauls showing markdowns, but this location did not have those sales. I seen the items, but no sale

  directions to restrooms: (↑ enter store) ← turn left ↑ go straight __🚻____________________ | | | | | | | | | | | | _________🚪🚪__________ anyways, it’s a hobby lobby and i like hobby lobby. cashiers may be slow, but they manually input prices and check whether an item qualifies for a discount. Given the store’s operations, this is understandable and actually a green flag for its employees, who are also communicative and helpful.
