An overall pleasant experience!…The superintendents, Ted and Joe, were extremely accommodating and made it very simple & easy to rent an appropriate sized unit on short notice for our Mother’s belongings following her recent death. They also, offered us very reasonable introductory rates, which fit both our family’s budget & timeline for temporarily storing her items. As someone, who lives out of state, the Extra Space Storage website made it very easy to manage our account as well as gain automatic entry into the facility via the unique phone app used to open the main gate! Additionally, Ted and Joe were both very understanding, flexible & accommodating to our needs at the end of our lease so that we were not unnecessarily charged an additional months rent as well as when we had to use the dumpster to discard some miscellaneous items at the end of our lease…An overall A++ Rating!

He showed me several units to best suit me and my medical issues. He made everything so easy for me. This was the first place I went to for storage options and Ted was so great that I didn’t look any further. I signed the contract while I was there the same day and paid 6 months up front. Thank you so much for your kindness Ted!! While I was there the first time I was telling Ted that I’m dealing with a concussion from a car accident. I had to go back to the storage place a few days later ( I choose that, I didn’t feel like it the first time I was there) so Ted could show me how to properly lock the storage unit and Ted saw me sitting in my car for a little while and he came to my car to make sure I was ok. That really touched my heart!!! ❤️

I loved that I was able to purchase packing supplies. I felt Joe treated us as people versus just a number, and my mom loved how respectful he was.
