  I had a great experience working with Angie Rogers from Blinds to Go. She was very professional and overall a pleasant person to work with. She was incredibly knowledgeable on what designs and styles she felt looked best for our home personally and gave expert recommendations throughout our meetings. She made the process simple and made us feel we chose the perfect blinds for our home. We absolutely recommend working with Angie  for your home.

  Prior to the Thanksgiving holidays we were supposed to have draperies that we had purchased from BTG installed. When the Installer arrived and pulled the draperies & hardware from the boxes he immediately shared that the hardware was incorrect. He called the store & spoke to someone and unfortunately the install had to be aborted until the store could get the correct hardware in. Normally, this would not have bothered me, however we had a houseful of family and friends for Thanksgiving. Shortly after the Thanksgiving holidays Peter, the original Installer return and provided a wonderful install, actually in time for the next holiday. Peter, was amazing and not only was he on time on each visit, but he was extremely knowledgeable about the products as well as how the draperies were to be installed. He was also kind enough to answer questions and explain things that my husband and I asked about the process and end results when he was finished. Peter was pleasant and exhibited a great degree of patience as well. Hopefully, Blinds to Go is aware of what this young man brings to the table and he is just one of other Installers with the same breath of knowledge and customer service. Kudos also to David who assisted us with our purchase in the store and providing a timely remedy to the situation All around good customer service by Blinds to Go and I will continue to refer others. Lastly, I would be remiss if I did not mention how quickly things moved along with Marsha handling and providing support to see if things were handled expeditiously. Thanks to all three!!
