  Marsha Ali was, and is outstanding. So happy I went to Blinds-to-Go. Had a small issue post installation and Marsha took care of the fix, as well as following-up with me afterwards to make sure everything was perfect. Blinds-to-Go is very fortunate to have her. Thank you Marsha. Tom

  I have been LIED to twice by the store manager Aaron for my defect blinds that has been reinstalled 5 times. I am not sure how this is acceptable. DO NOT work with dishonest sales people at this store. The sales person has first tricked me into paying everything upfront. Upon first installation, the product came defective. The same product was sent back to be fixed the next 3 TIMES even when we were told by Aaron that they reordered a NEW piece and he has HIMSELF checked the product. The same old piece came back, with the same issue. No real credit or resolution was provided except that '$100 off your next order'. Who would ever make future purchases with such a horrible experience????

  Went to the store in KOP looking for plantation shutters. Angie was extremely welcoming and informative from the minute she greeted me. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Luckily the plantation shutters were part of the 25% Off sale that Angie told me about. I put down my deposit and will call Angie when I’m ready for them to measure. Such a fabulous, drama free experience.

  Angie (Angelica) was a pleasure today! Had an issue with 2 valance clips and a mounting bracket for vertical blinds purchased 20 (?) years ago. Angie provided immediately - so happy we purchased from Blinds to Go so many years ago. Angie was also an incredible source of information about plantation shutters. What a great experience - thank you Angie!!!

  We visited the store on Super Bowl Sunday, initially just planning to take a quick look at shutters in the showroom. Cynthia was truly outstanding. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and carries herself with an elegant demeanor. She took the time to walk us through different options, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each. She was also very patient and never made us feel rushed. What impressed us most was her sincerity and integrity. The measurements I provided were slightly larger than the actual dimensions—something that could have easily gone unnoticed—but Cynthia proactively pointed it out and ensured we received the appropriate credit. That level of honesty is rare and deeply appreciated. She also clearly explained the promotions, which were exactly as advertised. The installer, Brahim, whom Cynthia recommended, was also impressive. He was polite, professional, and did a flawless job with the installation. Overall, this was an excellent experience with BlindsToGo. Cynthia’s professionalism, integrity, and customer care made a lasting impression, and we would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a straightforward, trustworthy, and high-quality purchasing experience.
