Well this just makes not only for a bad sale but a missed sale as well just because of one persons attitude and a manager to bust for customers. Last trip to this store, I will start looking for other places to send my business to,

- JNJoellen NevinsDec 16, 20251.0Lowes delivery service on their refrigeratora suck. Twice now my daughter in laws refrigerator was to be delivered and had an excuse to not do it. Today they were at her house and couldn't deliver it bc there was snow in the ground. It was shoveled but the wind blew and had a dusting of snow. She offered to reshovel. It would have taken 5 mins for the extra small area. Maybe when they call and say they are on their way they can tell people to make sure they take a broom out and sweep the dusting of snow. It's not like it was an inch or more.
