Lowes delivery service on their refrigeratora suck. Twice now my daughter in laws refrigerator was to be delivered and had an excuse to not do it. Today they were at her house and couldn't deliver it bc there was snow in the ground. It was shoveled but the wind blew and had a dusting of snow. She offered to reshovel. It would have taken 5 mins for the extra small area. Maybe when they call and say they are on their way they can tell people to make sure they take a broom out and sweep the dusting of snow. It's not like it was an inch or more.

Lowes has a lot of products and selection, although overpriced for the quality. But If you need assistance with something, you can just talk to a wall because I swear they see you coming for help and they hide. Probably understaffed like every other business but sometimes questions need answered and directions to what you need and can't find need given. Plus there's employees watching you check yourself out at the register and usually have to help everyone anyhow. Why not just runthe registers and get everyone moving on.
