But If you need assistance with something, you can just talk to a wall because I swear they see you coming for help and they hide. Probably understaffed like every other business but sometimes questions need answered and directions to what you need and can't find need given. Plus there's employees watching you check yourself out at the register and usually have to help everyone anyhow. Why not just runthe registers and get everyone moving on.

It was very uncomfortable how close the 2 employees were to me and refused to step out of my way so I can place items back in my cart after being scanned. Even after expressing my anxiousness they were causing the male staff member still wouldn’t step aside so I could move my shop vac causing me to have to bump him with it. If this is the type of behavior I have to be subjected to while checking out, spending $400, I’ll shop at Home Depot.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
