  We were delivered a defective table for our dining room set and had to pull teeth to get a replacement. The replacement came with black marks on the table and a defective locking mechanism for the table expander. They said they would try for another replacement and then changed their minds and said they would be picking up the table and chairs for a refund. Buyer beware that Raymour delivers defective pieces on the regular. Our delivery folks even told us that this happens frequently.

  Marianne was very patient showing us so many options. We settled on the perfect solution for our living room. Office staff worked through a small hic up with placing our order, they were very pleasant and diligent getting around their system issue.

  I had a wonderful experience at Raymour & Flanigan thanks to Sheldon and August. August was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. He took their time explaining everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. His customer service truly stood out and made the experience smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate their help and would definitely recommend working with them! He explained the whole process of the warranty and even entertained my two inquisitive daughters who he keep so calm. In addition my car died outside and August and Sheldon gave me a jump. This location will always be my one and only these associates are true examples of humility.

  Customer service was excellent. Mr. George was attentive. He worked with me to finalize the decor I was looking for. The prices were reasonable and of course a presidents day sale helps. However, the reason I only gave it four stars was due to NO parking. There are " NO DESIGNATED" parking spots for this store location. It's attached to another commercial food market and non R&F patrons utilized the parking spots that should be designated for R&F. ( If it was not for the sale and R&F was on my to do checklist, I would have left. My thoughts were while contemplating to leave or stay and while looking for parking spot. Which ended up down the hill near the Ross. How much business is this store losing because lack of parking spaces?).A major touch point for commercial business.

  Nancy was great, however at checkout we were charged the wrong amount. We should have received a refund of $1748.98, but corporate only approved $948.98. Three phone calls and an email later and we are still waiting on a $800 refund. The employees of the store have tried to help but unfortunately corporate handle all refunds and will not authorize the additional $800.
