    We bought a lakeside sofa and ottoman and a recliner. Our sales man Jonathon was a pleasure and helpful. I loved that he didn't follow me around the entire time. I hate that! He let me just roam around and help when I needed it. We got out furniture within a week and it was a third party deliverer because we needed stuff hauled away. The man Najeeb and his crew delivered our furniture perfectly and were very kind. Great experience both sales and delivery

    I purchased a bed and mattress set from the store in Abington and they delivered as agreed. That is not the problem. While making the sales contract, I was offered a reduction in the delivery charges from $149 to $75, however, after I paid, I noticed that I had been charged for the entire $150. When I made the claim in the store, they told me I had to wait 5-7 days for a refund. That was early November. I have made several calls to the store and the customer care number and they don’t even answer the phone anymore. $75 may not sound like much but it is a lot to me. Where do I go to make my claim?

    I spoke 3times with the salesman about the reduced price after I made a purchase. I was told I could get the price adjustment. Told it would take about 2 months each time. The price adjustment never happened. I went back several later after delivery and the mattress I order was no longer on the floor. WHY? Why tell the customer that it can be done and there is no follow-up by the salesman . I do however like the living room furniture. Purchased the briarwood sofa and love seat.

    The only reason I am giving one star is because it would not allow me to give zero. I placed an order online that never fully arrived and any calls to get in contact with customer service has been futile. I took time off work to get this sorted and still no luck. Even after getting in touch with the store that sold it, it is a long, painful process to get the items I ordered. If you place an order it will likely be okay - but if your order turns out like mine, good luck.

    I hate to post a less-than great review but after many years of patronizing Raymour and Flanigan I had a truly less than optimal experience with this particular location. My mother and I stopped by with the intent to purchase a mattress. We were greeted warmly and directed to a young salesperson who directed us to the mattresses. He was not incredibly attentive but that was fine because we knew what we wanted. What was not communicated to me was that the delivery drivers would not haul away a stained or torn mattress. I was told I would have my mattress delivered the following day. Then due to a reported error with switching delivery systems and waiting for my delivery I was informed that it would be delivered a week later. I was told I will be compensated with a gift card so I felt it was rectified albeit my being inconvenienced. Subsequently when my mattress was delivered I was then informed they could not haul away my old mattress. I am understanding of this but was not made aware of the policy. I spoke with delivery and they were able to arrange for my mattress to be moved to my front sidewalk the day prior to trash removal due to my partner being injured and my being pregnant and unable to do heavy lifting. I spoke with the sales associate who insinuated that he did tell me this about my mattress. I assured him that had I been aware I would have found arrangements to move my mattress. I was promised a call this past Thursday to identify a time today to have my mattress moved. I did not receive this call and attempts to reach the store were unsuccessful. Ultimately disappointed with the seeming lack of care that I know is not consistent with the typical service I receive from Raymour and Flanigan.
