I feel bad saying it, but management should be embarrassed for allowing it to continue... because I know I'm not the first to see how awful she treats people... Marcy? Everyone else has always been awesome (Josh, Kendra, Queston, and several others).
- LCLYNN CORNELIUSSep 17, 20251.0Terrible experience with appliance installation today. I ordered a refrigerator and stove. I paid for delivery and installation and haul away of the old appliances. The two men that arrived completely unable to accomplish the task. They couldnt figure out how to disconnect the existing gas stove. The valve was “too tight”. When I asked what the solution was they had no idea. Similar situation with the refrigerator. I told the appliance salesperson about the existing copper water line to the refrigerator at Lowes and he sold me a new water line to replace it. The installation guys would not touch the line because “they don’t touch copper” They asked me to remove it myself and even gave me a wrench. When I couldnt get the nut loosened once again they had no suggestions. So then they left - after some harsh words on both sides. I now have pulled out old appliances sitting in the middle of my kitchen and old refrigerator doors on my front lawn that I cannot lift. I cancelled the order but that doesnt fix the situation. 9/17/2025

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
