Got to checkout and “the card doesn’t work “ couldn’t type it in. Then they tell me they can’t even hold the items to the following day. What company doesn’t hold items for a day. So after all this they told us we had to leave the store as I offered to buy an e-gift card to cover the balance because it was getting close to closing time. Lady was rude at the register. Entire experience was underwhelming. Was crinkling my scrapbook paper while checking out being careless with items and ripped the box. Maybe it was a blessing not being able to purchase.

Their brand is same quality as Michael's & much cheaper for the same thing. Colors vary but I was able to get everything needed for the blankets for family. Will recommend Hobby lobby over Michael's for yarn. I did not check out anything else. I will the next time.

It is so dang frustrating! It’s unfortunate that at times I’m willing to pay more and go to Michael’s just to avoid the 20 min checkout. It’s Christmas you know darn well how busy you get! Why insist on making your customers miserable?!
