Also, I'm noticing options are being phased out in lieu of their own brand. Sewing thread and fine art paper for example You used to carry other brands of thread... the current selection is too sparse. I was hoping for a pad of Arches watercolor paper but its only sold by the giant sheet. Not what I needed. I did not purchase anything.

I wandered around for almost two hours filling my cart, got to checkout…and they don’t take Apple Pay. Of course I forgot my physical card, and I don’t even live close. I asked if they could manually enter the card number — nope. Apparently that’s “not allowed.” Ridiculous. Left with nothing. Rude.

Which I'm told is typical of this store after and prior to Holidays. Will definitely recommend and shop there in the future!
