- MBMeg B3 days ago1.0Visited Havertown Lowe’s (Store #3169). A vested associate at the Garden Center told me all items on the clearance shelves were on sale when he was adding items onto the clearance shelves, witnessed by another customer. At checkout, the cashier and manager refused the clearance prices, removed half of the items, and put them back on the shelves. The cashier also pinched flower stems off my plants in front of me and other customers (Why did she have to do that????!!!!!) This is about trust and respect of retail. Very disappointing service.

She was always rude to me and apparently today one of my family members also complained about her attitude. She always holds an irritant attitude especially when asked any questions regarding anything of HER own department. And doesn’t want to help. Forget about her getting up and take you to the right product, she doesn’t even want to answer anything.

Finally someone from the washing machine section came over Ed and tried to help me but said he didn't know and went to find Paul who is the person I needed to see. He was told he was out to lunch it was about 11.30am when I arrived in the store. Then Ed talked to 2 managers who their was only the one person. I finally asked another customer and he helped me. I can't believe a store this large only has one person in plumbing and the managers didn't offer to help. This is horrible service and i an rethinking my purchasing from this store. I am 76 and was in the electric cart and could not get help. Poor service.
