- VEVanessa Epperson5 days ago2.0Ordered paint colors before finishing my list. Finished shopping, picked up one color and they stated they couldnt do the other and had me pick out a new color. Waited another 30 minutes, still no paint. Was here for over an hour and the paint associate just shrugged. 😒 I know youall are busy but that's kind of shitty customer service.
- MSMae SavageMar 10, 20263.0I waited in the plumbing isle for half an hour to get help with a shower part. Three people called the person who was supposed to be their. Finally someone from the washing machine section came over Ed and tried to help me but said he didn't know and went to find Paul who is the person I needed to see. He was told he was out to lunch it was about 11.30am when I arrived in the store. Then Ed talked to 2 managers who their was only the one person. I finally asked another customer and he helped me. I can't believe a store this large only has one person in plumbing and the managers didn't offer to help. This is horrible service and i an rethinking my purchasing from this store. I am 76 and was in the electric cart and could not get help. Poor service.
- AAAWMar 6, 20263.0Good location with plenty space to park. The staff is knowledgeable. A month ago we purchased a washer and dryer. Had some issues on the delivery dates which were not kept. The washer came first, then the dryer is coming 4 days later. They stated that the dryer had to shipped from the manufacturer which was LG (Don't know where they're located). Beware the models displayed of some appliances may not be in any of their locations for timely delivery. Expect delays and work around of your time. If we didn't call and request a manger to speak to, it may have taken longer to get our newly appliances from a month ago order. The washer is great! The dryer comes today hopefully moving forward it all works out. One more point definitely check on Lowes delivering any additional parts such as hoses, etc; They use third party contractors.

How about you open the store and have your meeting and not inconvenience your shoppers. Watched about 20 cars leave. Not a good look Lowe’s. Have the meeting before or after store hours. Bet the Home Depot down the road is packed cause everyone is now going there cause Lowe’s wanted to be closed
- JJJaredFeb 17, 20263.0They’re missing plenty of product. I said nothing going there for an affordable BLACK & DECKER heater they didn’t have at all in store, a month ago. Go today for a new outlet receptacle, power strip nd outlet cover: They only had a couple duplex cover options & only bout 2 diff types of power strip. One was a 2-set just to get u to spend more money. The online selection of Lowe’s is much more vast than what’s IN this store
