He then said he knew how to work the saw, but when it was time to cut the wood, he claimed the saw was not very precise and that the wood would splinter, crack, and shred. When I asked him what might work, he got annoyed and said he didnt know lumber. He seemed more concerned with whatever he was doing with his hand inside his pants pocket. Totally unprofessional, no knowledge of product, and general lack of any customer service or social skill. Thankful for DMI in Ardmore.
