    Purchased an item online to pick up in the store. Online, it showed that the Hatfield store has 728 of the item in stock and pick up will be ready in 3 hours. Received an order confirmation email at 12:17pm. Later at 3:24pm, an email from Lowes that says "Ready when you are!". It took more than 3 hours but I was still happy to see that it was ready. However, when I opened the email, it said that the item was left in the cart and I should return to the cart and finish the purchase if I still needed the item. I was so confused, so I called the store. An automated message was telling me that my order has been received and it's being prepared. I was not able to reach a real person on the phone. 5 hours after I purchased, I still did not hear anything from Hatfield Lowes. I stopped by the store to check on my order. When I got to the store, I saw some employees gathered around just chatting with each other. At the pick up area, on the screen I was able to see that my order is still being "Prepared". I asked a guy and he was looking into it for me. He had to ask other employees and none of them seemed like they had a clue. After asking a few other employees, the guy finally said that the item is at the receiving and he could get it for me. About 10 minutes later, he came back empty handed. He told me that the item could not be located. I didn't want to waste my time at the store any longer, so I told the guy that I would come back tomorrow. I was told that the item should be ready by tomorrow. Couple hours later I left the store, I received a message from Lowes that the item is out of stock. Online, as of now, it still shows that there are 728 of the item at the store. I decided to cancel the order. Lowe's. Please check on your online system that shows wrong information about the items in stock, automated email system that confuses the customer, automated phone system that provides wrong information and does not let you reach a real person, the employees who doesn't care about the pick up orders, the management who doesn't care about employees not doing their jobs, and get it right for other customers. For me, today was my last visit to this store.

    Staff is usually well trained and competent. It is still my #2. The biggest downside is the limited brands of cordless tools!

    Found my area rugs here and they are shimmer rugs that have a slight shine in the sunlight and also during the evening when the lights are on. I bought Triad Tranquility and Frosted Vision. I am putting new LVP by Trucore in Bristol Oak throughout my first floor. That's why I needed new area rugs with special felt padding to protect the busiest areas.
