    We ordered a door in January 2026 from Lowe's on Union Deposit. The sales lady (Lori) told us that there would be a MLK day sale; however, once we signed the contract, she told us that they weren't doing a sale this year. She also told us that she would put in a rush order since our door wouldn't stay closed unless we put heavy boxes behind it. This caused a major safety and security concern. Even with a "rush order," the door took two months to arrive. When it arrived, the door was 2" too small for our frame but the installers were able to adjust the frame. This is frustrating because we lost 2" of clearance. The installers showed us the measurements they sent to Lowe's, which were the accurate measurements. Another issue is the side window panel is completely clear. We explicitly told Lori that we wanted it to be textured so people couldn't see directly into our house. The storm door that was ordered was also too small. The installers couldn't install this so a new one had to be ordered. We just got a call tonight from Lowe's, and they essentially said that they couldn't give us an expected timeframe for the storm door. This is entirely unacceptable. This entire process has been extremely frustrating. I wouldn't recommend buying a door from Lowe's to anyone.

    OH LOWES. I hate feeling hounded coming in the door or checking out. I literally avoid eye contact when checking out because the employees get uncomfortably close at check out..it’s too aggressive and I’m not the only one saying this.     Lowe’s has consistently proven to be an unreliable and frustrating shopping experience. As an electrical contractor, I rely on this store as a last resort when Home Depot lacks the necessary inventory. However, I have encountered significant issues with their store pickup service. Despite placing orders with Home Depot for store pickup, I have never experienced any delays. Within an hour or a maximum of two hours, my orders are ready for pickup. In contrast, when I place orders with Lowe’s, I am consistently denied the opportunity to pick up my items via email. Instead, I always have to call in and request assistance from a manager or supervisor. Thats after waiting for four or five hours for a email, letting me know my order is ready for pickup. Today, I placed an order at 12:00 PM and it’s now 415 and my order is not ready to be picked up. So I called the store and an unprofessional supervisor named Matt got on the phone and informed me that the store has a three-hour turnaround time for orders. Despite the fact that my order had been placed well beyond this timeframe, Matt was unable to provide an estimated pickup time. He suggested that they may be able to prioritize my order, but this was not a guarantee. Lowe’s has consistently failed to meet my expectations, and I am determined to avoid any further interactions with the store. This will be my final experience with Lowe’s.

    Was there 2 days ago looking for an electric trimmer. Not much of a selection i had a few questions went looking for someone to help not able to get help so I sent to harbor freight got one there. Lowes always short on knowledgeable staff. Place is not like it used to be.
