  Sales staff is friendly and helpful. However, the chairs you try in the store are far more comfortable than the creaky and uncomfortably overstuffed junk that will be delivered. There are far better chairs at more reasonable prices out there. La-Z-Boy may once have been a great brand, but they are a waste of your good money now. Avoid the overpriced backache and shop elsewhere.

  I recently purchased a sectional sleeper sofa from the Harrisburg, PA location. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism! It made the entire process pleasant and convenient for my situation. Thanks to Kay and the other staff that helped out!

  Our salesperson Kay pomroy at the Harrisburg store was awesome.She spent lots of time with us And explain the difference in the cushions of the recliners and the love seats and the couches which helped us make up our minds. I would recommend them to anyone. I believe Kay is the manager of that store Thank you very much Kay for the GREAT SERVICE Boyd Jr. and Robin Green
