    Be aware if you buy power tools, just bought a chainsaw and find out it comes without the spark plug, so came back to the store twice, first time front end person lack of basicknowledge of how 2 cycle engine works, thinking that I used the chainsaw without a spark plug, store manager ZACK did not resolve the problem at all and walked away, next day thankfully RUSSEL and the other customer service representative helped me and solve my issue, but be really aware for some missing parts

    Placed an order for assembly and delivery then they say they can’t do the date I selected after I paid. Call the number and no one picks up, waited on the line for 20+ minutes.

    Don't waste your time. Ordered $3500 of stuff, called off work, waited and waited for delivery, only to get a call that the delivery was pushed back a week. Carrie, a really nice lady, pulled some strings and was having it dropped off the next day. Called off work..... waited and waited, only to get a call at 2 PM that the drivers called off. Out two days of work. Have no product. They wanted me to take off work a third day to have it delivered. Very unfortunate.

    I refuse to give this company any kind of star. I bought a dishwasher almost 2 years ago from them and it’s been having issues with needing updates. So I called GE to find out why it’s doing this and GE told me that Lowe’s when they get products that they learn about each product and they should be telling customers about these updates that the appliances need. I was told this is not a smart product and that it did not need updates from the Lowe’s employee at the store. I was also told because it’s not a smart model the extended warranty wasn’t really necessary if I didn’t want to purchase it. Here I am Almost 2 years later and my manufacturer warranty covered the first update last year but now it needs another one and it’s gonna need an update every year until the dishwasher gives out. In my opinion because Lowe’s failed to communicate to a customer about this information they should be responsible for paying for this update. I am so disgusted by this company at this point. I bought other appliances from them and the assistant manager basically told me there’s nothing that they can do and all they’re gonna do is give me a discount if I want to purchase Dishwasher. That is so wrong and ridiculous. If your employees can’t sell appliances, then you should not have them selling them to customers because this is what happens when there’s Miscommunication. I strongly advise that no one buys from this company when it comes to appliances. GE the company that made my dishwasher told me that both By not providing the right information for this model. So thank you Lowe’s for screwing me out of a dishwasher and basically screwing my family out of 1000.00. This is why Home Depot has a better track record than you because their customer service is spot on and they take care of their customers and give the right information
