  I had an awesome experience. Carlos was my salesperson and he was patient, knowledgable and kind. Shay was the designer and was a huge help with fabric selections. Great prices, great experience!

  I really don’t like to leave bad reviews, but our experience with La-Z-Boy at this location has been awful. We purchased our 5 piece section back in October, and it was delivery in December. So this is our experience after having the couch for only a couple months. The couch came with 2 of the 5 pieces with damage to the fabric, no problem as we were able to get them to reorder. But the lack of communication between the care team and the store is mind blowing. Our replacement pieces weren’t ordered originally so after following we had a manager follow up to apologize and let us know they were definitely ordered this time. One of the replacement pieces was the wrong piece, so back to square one with waiting on another replacement. Which is where this review comes from, because I called two days ago after receiving the text that the piece was ready for delivery. NO ONE would answer the phone at the store after calling 3 times over maybe an hour or two. So finally left a voicemail, but still haven’t heard back. In addition, the first photo is a piece that my 1 year old reached between the cushions and pulled out. No idea where it came from or how to fix it. The other two photos are the arm rests on the ends. If you notice the back of the one is completely caved in. Literally feels like it was supported with cardboard. So all it took was leaning on the arm rest to cave it in. The other one is at the end of the couch that gets less traffic and you can see it is still rounded as expected. I’m just shocked that the couch we bought for 4x our previous couch is already damaged and has broken parts after 2 months, when our couch before lasted 10 years with less damage than this is showing. Idk if I’ve ever wrote a 1 star review and usually go out of my way to write a review only for good experiences, in this case we are so fed up with this company and after not hearing back from anyone after they said the piece is ready for delivery, was just the final straw. This couch was purchased 4 months ago, original delivery date for 2 months ago, and the couch is still not complete even though we’ve been paying for it for 2 months.
