Goodall Pools & Spas is a full-service pool & spa company serving south Central PA. Now in our third generation of family ownership, we build custom inground swimming pools, renovate existing swimming pools, service and maintain pools and spas in the area, and have five retail stores to provide free water testing, expert advice, and quality pool and spa supplies. We also sell a variety of wellness products including hot tubs, swim spas, cold plunges and saunas.

- FSFred ShupeOct 13, 20251.0Charged $300 for no solution. Will not be using again. Called and emailed multiple times to get them out to fix a leak in our pool. Multiple occasions of failed communications on scheduling and billing. Finally had someone come out and search for a leak only for them not to find it and told us to schedule another appointment and fill up the pool a bit with our hose a day before they came out since the leak was above the line of the water now. Our pool leaked more and we tried to schedule them again to come out, telling them they missed it. Our pool leaked the whole way down to a foot of water left before they got use scheduled and then wanted us to fill the pool the whole way back up before they came out which is going to be $900+ worth of water. Why would I spend the money on that to fill it back up to where it was the first time they came out and didn't find or fix anything?
- SCSara CallieAug 12, 20251.0Not usually one to write reviews, but this was truly one of the most awful customer service experiences I've ever had... STAY AWAY!!!!! The motor to our pool pump blew a few weeks ago. We called to have someone come service and they came out and basically confirmed what we already knew and auto-charged us $140, to (like I said) confirm what we already knew. Mind you, they just replaced the motor last year. So we figured under a year old, this would still be under warranty. After days of calling and emailing and getting no response, they finally told us that since the pump was installed in 2023 that we are no longer under warranty. This pump should have lasted 8-10 years, according to Google. Additionally, we contacted another pool company for a second opinion, and they told us that the pump that Goodall recommended is not even the right pump for our pool. Total waste of money and absolutely horrible customer service.
