When we began renting the unit, the woman who rented to us said that the price online sometimes goes up, but to just come in and talk to her and she would make sure the price was corrected. She made it sound like a technical glitch, not a promotional price (which my husband asked her about to make sure). When we went in today, we were told the best they could do was to reduce the increase by $30. Renters beware! We will be looking for something else. Edited to add: The reduction to $55 extra vs. $85 extra would have required us to sign up for a new contract.

The manager, Steve, and Assistant Manager, Anna, are two of the nicest people who will help assist you in any way they can to make sure your storage needs are met. They are both very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The facility is clean and easy accessibility. My unit was the perfect size for what I needed during my time of needing some extra storage space. So if you’re looking for good customer service, a nice place to deal with, an overall nice facility, I would recommend Extra Space Storage!
