  Your customer care rep Jose did not have have his info correct . I told Phil I would be there Thursday to pick up. You need to get your system straight.

  They never asked us to inspect the furniture before leaving so of course when we unpacked it at home the dresser was badly damaged. They are offering a “replacement” however we have to drive to and from over an hour drive again. Manager was not friendly about it and basically made it our fault their staff didn’t do their job correctly and have us inspect the furniture first.

  The manager, Josh, botched my service order twice by creating an order to the incorrect address. I called and got a very kind and knowledgeable lady who was attempting to correct his mistake. When I had to call her back to set up an appointment, he answered and refused to allow me to speak with her and set the appointment up again the wrong way. During my third call about a service issue, Josh proceeded to tell me that I gave him the wrong information, which is not true and never took accountability for his actions. When I asked to speak to his supervisor he advised that he is in charge and there was no one else for me to speak to because this was a "small family business". Josh is passive aggressive and is not a positive face for the Raymour and Flanigan brand. I am very disappointed after spending in excess of 20,000.00 for furniture. He lack professionalism, knowledge and customer service skills. Shop at another store and if you encounter when you go to the Hanover, PA store, I would suggest you run the other way! I had a terrible experience and would not recommend the Hanover store under any circumstances.

  Phil was great, told him what we were looking for , he explained all the living reclining sets , and took us over to them. Then he said I’ll leave u guys to look around and come get him if we had any questions, not once did he pressure us , great experience, we had question, he gave us all the answer and explained each set we looked at, he then said he will be at his desk and gave us more tome to walk around and talk and look. We decided on Hendrids flex steel leather set, , I would come back to Phil if we ever need another piece of furniture . Etc. great job, can’t wait for snow to melt to get the furniture in my house.
