Aaron's had them readily available and delivered the very next day! All the other stores told me I would have to wait at least a few months, due to the pandemic (which I understand was out of their control). But what a relief that Aaron's had what I needed! I just moved into my first house, and needed a washer and dryer ASAP! Also, the two gentlemen that delivered my washer abd dryer were very kind, courteous and professional! They explained things to me clearly and they had excellent customer service skills! I really appreciated that because earlier today, I dealt with a company with very rude and unprofessional people over the phone. But Aaron's employees were the complete opposite and made me feel good that I had chosen them. Donovan and Hunter were the young men who delivered my appliances. They were excellent! I also received great customer service when I initiated my purchase at the store by the manager there...I think his name was Julio. He was very kind abd courteous as well. Glad I happened to choose Aaron's.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time thatâs convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Yes! While you are leasing from Aaronâs we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by âno credit needed?â
âNo Credit Neededâ means that you donât necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores wonât, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But donât forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
